About
Reducing the distance between finished research and the right journal.
Aletvia is publisher-neutral routing and intelligence infrastructure for scholarly publication. Our mission is to reduce friction and information asymmetry between the creation of research and its publication.
Model
Two-sided infrastructure, not a marketplace of favours
One side is researchers who need a suitable, credible destination. The other is publishers who need appropriately matched, publication-ready manuscripts. Aletvia serves both by being useful to neither at the other's expense.
Researcher side
Through Publish My Papers — by Aletvia: readiness assessment, improvement guidance and explained journal matching, with the final choice always the author's.
Publisher side
Through the Journal Demand Profile: a structured statement of what a journal wants to receive, translated into matching signals — with complete editorial independence retained.
Metaphor
A delta, not a funnel
Research arrives as many independent streams. A funnel would push everything toward whoever pays most. A delta directs each stream along the channel that actually suits it — which is what a routing layer should do.
Why now
The conditions that make routing necessary
Research output keeps growing
More manuscripts are produced every year than the discovery tools around them were designed to handle.
Journal discovery is fragmented
Authors piece together scope statements, indexing lists and informal advice, and still submit into the wrong queue.
Publishers carry the screening burden
Editorial offices spend significant effort attracting submissions and then screening out those that were never a fit.
Stage
Founding stage, stated plainly.
Aletvia is building its founding publisher network. We do not publish partner names, traction figures or outcome metrics we have not yet earned. Pilot metrics will be published after validation with founding partners.
