Policy

Publication Ethics

Operational principles that govern how Aletvia routes manuscripts and which journals may participate.

Peer review is not ours to influence

Aletvia takes no part in peer review, reviewer selection or editorial decision-making. Routing ends at the point of submission.

Participating journals must operate a described and consistently applied peer-review process.

Authorship and originality

Authors must warrant that submitted work is theirs, is not under consideration elsewhere, and lists all contributors who meet authorship criteria.

Aletvia does not offer ghost authorship, guest authorship, authorship sale, or paper-mill services of any kind, and will terminate any account attempting to use it that way.

Simultaneous submission

Routing presents a ranked set of candidate journals so that an author can choose one. It is never an instruction to submit to several journals at once, and the interface is designed to make single submission the default path.

Misconduct

Credible allegations of misconduct involving a routed manuscript are referred to the journal, which retains full authority over investigation and outcome.

A publisher found to be misrepresenting peer review, indexing or fees is removed from the network.

Corrections and retractions

Participating journals must maintain a documented policy for corrections, expressions of concern and retractions, and must apply it without regard to commercial considerations.

No predatory shortcuts

No guaranteed acceptance. No paid editorial influence. No fast-track purchased with money rather than merit. These are conditions of participation, not aspirations.
