Product
Four modules turn an unstructured search for a journal into an explainable routing decision — with the editorial decision left entirely to the publisher.
Aletvia Core
Structured readiness assessment: manuscript structure, reporting completeness, methodological description, formatting and scope clarity. A manuscript is only routable once it is genuinely submission-ready.
Compares manuscript characteristics against each participating journal's Journal Demand Profile: scope, article type, methods, readiness and stated author preferences.
Presents a ranked, explained candidate set to the author. Every ranking factor is scientific or author-stated. Commercial relationships are excluded from the ranking function by design.
Anonymised, aggregate intelligence on how routed manuscripts progress — designed to improve matching quality and give publishers honest reporting.
Routing architecture
Publisher-neutral matching against journal demand profiles.
Matching compares manuscript characteristics with each journal's declared demand profile: scope, article types, methods, regions, access model, and current priority areas. Commercial relationships are excluded from ranking inputs. Authors see why each destination was suggested and choose for themselves.
Interactive demo
Set manuscript characteristics and preferences to see how candidate journals are ranked and why. Journals shown are fictional placeholders and all data is illustrative.
Describe a manuscript and see how fit components produce a ranking.
There is no commercial input in this score. Every component above is scientific, editorial, or author-declared. A publisher cannot buy a higher rank, and no amount of commercial relationship can move a journal above a better-fitting destination. Journal names are fictional sample profiles.
Commercial terms are not an input to the ranking function. There is no bid, no paid placement and no revenue weighting. If a journal is not a fit, no commercial arrangement can make it appear as one.
Measurement
The KPI Aletvia intends to measure in pilots — not a number we claim today.
Qualified Manuscript Yield = qualified manuscripts progressing beyond initial editorial screening ÷ Aletvia-referred qualified manuscripts
No baseline is published. Pilot metrics will be released only after validation with founding partners, using their anonymised outcome data and with their agreement.
